My Comment: I have a contact in the Ukraine government who told me that after the interim Ukraine government demanded to know why were Russian forces on the move near the border .... they received a blunt warning from their Russian contacts that if they continued with their military operations eastern Ukraine .... Russian military forces will cross the border. I am skeptical because I know that this is all hearsay .... but this suspension of military operations hours after they began .... occurring just as Russian forces started to move to the border .... it is obvious that Kiev got spooked.
