The Iranians are baiting Obama. With Putin's public backing and the recent Iranian statements, Maliki is publicly shown to be the Iranians man. Sistani has always been a person hard for me to get a clear picture of and never seems to fit any category. I almost certain he's not the Iranians man, but who's I don't know. As for Moqtadi al Sadr, he's just a religious-opportunistic thug confined mostly to Baghdad. You'll hear alot of woofing from him, but little else.
