Exclusive: Charred tanks in Ukraine point to Russian involvement -- Reuters

(Reuters) - The burnt-out remains of dozens of tanks and armored vehicles in fields near this small village bear witness to the ferocity of a battle that turned the tide of the conflict in eastern Ukraine.

Most of the tanks were used by the government forces routed in August near Horbatenko, 40 km (25 miles) southeast of the rebel stronghold of Donetsk, a defeat so demoralizing that days later Kiev agreed a ceasefire with pro-Russian separatists.

But among the debris Reuters found the blackened carcasses of what military experts have since identified as two Russian army tanks, supporting statements by Kiev and the West that the rebels were backed by troops and equipment sent by Moscow.

My Comment: I guess sending in the T-90s would have been too obvious.

Yeah, because a T-72 are available form Hollywood back lots by the dozens.

I don't know what to say. any politicians in the U.S. won't do anything until the polls move. the polls won't move because there is always something else on the frontpage of the newspapers.

According to Wiki, Ukraine "inherited" 1180 various models of the T-72 from the Soviet Union, and retired most of them.

If having a T-72BM is proof of Russian involvement, then the Federalists are real sneaky like, as Vinyard Saker in the archives, of a T-72BM that managed to sneak up right behind Porshenko, at a Ukrainian Army Parade, during the early days of the so called ATO.

In addition, KMBD, the Ukrainian Arms Company, is the largest manufacturer, remanufacturer , exporter and upgrader of T-72's in the world, with 8 different proven models available and a new model in the testing phase.

Our media keeps us like mushrooms and for some strange reason, most of us like it that way.

Another interesting link,

How do you steal an entire modernized combat ready tank, from a Ukraine Tank Factory, in the middle of a war, when the Ukraine Army is desperate for weapons?

"The burnt-out remains of dozens of tanks and armored vehicle"

"Checks carried out at the Kyiv Armor Repair Plant by military prosecutors for the Ukrainian central region revealed that one T-72 tank, owned by the Defense Ministry, was missing,

spokesman for the Ukrainian Prosecutor General's Office Yuriy Boichenko'

One missing tank by versus dozens of tanks and AFVs.

Why don't you just get it off your chest. The Joos control the world, 9/11 was an inside job, Bin Laden was a patsy who agreed beforehand to take the fall & MH370 was shot down by Porenshenko before got into office to "Wag the Dog'

Jay .... the corruption in Ukraine is unbelievable .... and it permeates every level. That is the reason why I have chosen to live in Canada and not in Russia or Ukraine. But of the two .... Ukraine is by far the worse.
