Washington Times: Russia to release Clinton emails?
U.S. intelligence agencies are said to be closely watching Russian online blogs and other postings for any signs that Moscow hackers have covertly obtained the bulk of Hillary Clinton’s email messages stolen from her private email server and are preparing to make them public.
A U.S. intelligence official told Inside the Ring that the indications of the email release are being closely watched, although the veracity of at least two postings on the matter could not be confirmed as authoritative.
A State Department official has said Russia is one of at least three foreign governments likely to have obtained the full content of the former secretary of state’s server through covert hacking operations. The other two are China and Israel.

WNU Editor: Even if Russian intelligence has Hillary Clinton's emails .... which it would not surprise me if they do .... I doubt that they would release it. There is no net benefit for them if they do .... and releasing intel that is in their possession is (culturally speaking from what I know about Russian intelligence) something that they just do not do. Keep it, file it, and hold it in reserve when needed .... that is what they do.

I would be surprised if Russian Intellegence does not have Hiliary's emails. As such, wr could expect the Russians to use them against her as needed. In thos casr, it'd make sense to hold onto them.
This is especially the case if Americans are really so stupid as to vote democrat no matter what. I estimate a 40% possibility this is the case. In this instance, save this to be used against her as needed. Russian Intelligence is the best in the world. I'm pretty sure they've already made this analysis.
On the other hand if they assume Americans are smart and circumspect and they really do want peace with America, it'd make sense to release these emails now and help Mr. Trimp who has made it clear he believes ee should/could work with Russia. In this case they could not only release the emails perhaps destroying Hiliary once and for all but could send their operatives to asdist Mr. Trump's campaign ensuring his victory and ensuring he is the next POTUS.
