U.S. State Department Issues Travel Warning For Americans Going To Iran

Daily Mail: U.S. citizens warned not to travel to Iran over fears of being detained: Advisory comes after admission Obama administration paid $400m 'ransom' to Islamic Republic to free American prisoners

* State Department issued a new travel warning for Iran on Monday
* Agency warns U.S. citizens - especially those holding dual citizenship with Iran - against visiting the Islamic Republic
* In the past few months, Iran has been detaining Western citizens
* Warning comes amid a report that the Obama Administration paid $400million to ensure the release of four Iranian-Americans in January
* The president has denied that it was a hostage payment, but the State Dept did confirm that the sum was held until the prisoners were released

Following the detainment of several Westerns in Iran in the past few months, the U.S. government is telling its citizens not to travel to the Persian country.

On Monday, the State Department issued a warning saying Americans - especially those who hold dual citizenship with Iran - should 'carefully weigh the risks' of traveling to Iran and consider cancelling or postponing any planned trips.

Those Americans already in the country 'should closely follow media reports, monitor local conditions, and evaluate the risks of remaining in the country'.

"It's all about Donald Trump and his tweets...." This is why I don't pay much attention tot he main stream media. Apparently he STILL has not learned how to control his tongue/typing fingers.

Basically most of his proposed policy suggestions are spot on. Unfortunately the message is being delivered incorrectly and, as such, may end up being rejected because the messenger is disliked even though the message itself is spot on.

In the end, most Americans will probably be smart enough to see through this. As for going to Iran, does anyone really need a "travel warning" from the state department to tell them it may not be advisable for an American to go to "death to America" Iran?!!?" If they really are this stupid, they either need to be placed in mental institutions or they need adult supervision until such time as they can show that they are competent to manage their affairs as adults.

MSM means "Men who have sex with men" or the "Mainstream Media".

The latter are more deleterious to the country than the former.

The MSM does not have very many reporters nowadays, but they have a surfeit of narrators.
