This is not unexpected, with the huge transfers of industrial technology thru Globalization the US and the West has given China and Russia the technology need to compete at the highest military level. Our So Called Leadership Political and Corporate are morons. Not sure who said it, maybe Lenin correct me if I'm wrong,"The west will sell us the rope, which we will hang them with",apparently we have or are in the process of doing so.
