Hillary Clinton: It Takes Four Minutes To Launch A Nuclear Missile Once The Order Has Been Given

CNN: Did Hillary Clinton reveal classified intel at debate?

Washington (CNN)The Twitterverse was aflame in the hours after Wednesday night's debate with questions about whether or not Hillary Clinton divulged classified information about the country's nuclear arsenal.

"There's about four minutes between the order being given and the people responsible for launching nuclear weapons to do so," Clinton said, explaining the quick decision-making required of a commander in chief and questioning Donald Trump's fitness for the job.

"And that's why 10 people who have had that awesome responsibility have come out and, in an unprecedented way, said they would not trust Donald Trump with the nuclear codes or to have his finger on the nuclear button," she continued.

WNU Editor: I thought (and what I have read in the past) .... is that it takes two minutes from the moment of giving the order to the launch.

I think the issue is not the availability of the information online, quite frankly we can find almost anything and everything online.

From conspiracy theorists, from trolls posting misleading information just for the fun of it. Regardless these informations are referred to as: "do you believe everything you read on the internet?"

Now when information comes from a government official who has access to accurate information, now you just officialized the information. No I don't believe everything I read on the internet, but madam secretary made an official statement during a presidential debate.

The dangers of validating internet information, is that you add weight to other unreliable informations.

Considering the cost of this campaign for presidential election and what it has bought us.....what a slap in the face for the dollar's value.
Considering hrc's demonstrated foreign policy skills she should not open her mouth about this topic.

Brezinski "leaked" that "top secret" in a Foreign Policy interview in 1979.

The 2001 "Minuteman Weapon System History and Description" report confirned the 4 minute time frame.

And for twenty years, at all Minuteman sites, the verification code to confirm the launch orders was the ultrasecure nine digit code, "000000000".

It may have been her "showing up with the nuclear football" moment.

Past that, it's probably 3 minutes longer than Trumpolini's attention span and 3 minutes, 58 seconds longer than his Defence Secretary will hold his job if he does not concur.

Speaking of short attention spans, how many times did HRC say "I don't recall" when questioned by the FBI.

Not once.

What does it really matter, flight time to any target is more than 4 minutes, so what strategic difference does it make.

"Brezinski "leaked" that "top secret" in a Foreign Policy interview in 1979."

And now the Russian know that that 4 minutes have not improved.

They know it is not 3:30 or 4:30 or 3:45 but 4.

Bravo Blabber mouth Hillary

You assume the flight time is more than 4 minutes.

You assume there is a flight time.

"There's about four minutes between the order being given and the people responsible for launching nuclear weapons to do so,"

About 4 minutes,

3:30?, 3:35?, 3:40?, 3:45?, 3:50?, 3:55?, 4:05?, 4:10?, 4:15?, we know it's not 4:20 because of the US's Victorian Drug Laws, 4:25?, 4:30? Or is it more or less?

Maybe you can grab the rest of the Deplorables, climb into the Mystery Machine and "solve" the Mystery,........

LMAO.

Typical word games from our resident hysterical liar.

After Forty years of cultivation, the best the leading lights of the U.S. "conservative" movement could produce was 40 million Breitbart clones.

It takes ^about^ four minutes from the order being given until the missiles are launched.

About.

Just think Jay,

we're in for about four years of this foolishness from them after Clinton wins the election.

That's if we're not extinct.

It doesn't

A person brings their trade, public school education, self education, when they consider what they read.

Unfortunately many people do not so much as graduate high school in Democrat run cities.

"Eighty-two percent was still a few tenths of a percent short of being on track for meeting the campaign’s goal of a 90 percent graduation rate by the year 2020. " - The Atlantic 2015.

few tenths of a percent is 8 percentage points. I guess you can be an idiot and still grauate from a public college and get a job with a Lefty Jounral

Like I said,
