Washington Examiner: Nyet: 1% Russians approve of Obama, global disapproval at 8 year high
Global disapproval of President Obama and U.S. leadership is at its highest ever driven by Russia's nearly invisible 1 percent approval rating, according to a new world survey.
Around the world, disapproval in U.S. leadership has reached 28 percent, up from 21 percent in 2009, according to Gallup's "Rating World Leaders: 2016" report.
Despite the growth in disapproval, however, U.S. leadership is still tops in the world survey at 45 percent.
America's leaders have more approval overseas than here at home, Gallup added. "When asked separately to rate their own country's leadership in 2015, 38 percent of Americans said they approve and 61 percent said they disapprove," said the report.

WNU Editor: The Gallop poll is here. U.S. leadership is still viewed favourably around the world .... but the trend lines are going negative .... and I suspect that this will continue to go down regardless of whether it is a Trump or Clinton in the Oval Office. As for only 1% of Russians approve of President Obama .... among the hundreds of Russians that I know (family, friends, associates, neighbours, etc.) .... the one who is the least critical of President Obama is .... and this may surprise some .... is me. There is no love of President Obama in Russia .... period.
