Russia's Foreign Ministry Spokeswomen Zakharova Enjoys Ridiculing The Obama Administration

Michael Crowley, Politico: Obama administration becomes target of Russian ridicule

Taunted by Moscow, Kerry chooses to look the other way while pursuing a diplomatic dialogue.

White House press secretary Josh Earnest is used to being a political target — but not a military one.

Moscow’s Embassy in Washington tweeted an image Wednesday juxtaposing a photo of an anti-aircraft missile system alongside — and pointed at — the White House spokesman’s face.

Speaking to reporters later that day, Earnest laughed off the tweet. “I have no idea what message they were trying to send,” he said. But the tweet's text was clear enough: It was a warning to the U.S. about its military role in Syria. “Russia will take every defensive measure necessary to protect its personnel,” it read in part.

WNU Editor: Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswomen Maria Zakharova certainly has a biting tongue .... she reminds me of American conservative pundit Ann Coulter .... both can give and take .... and they are fast when they are doing it. But is this smart diplomacy .... IMHO the answer is no. Diplomats and their spokespersons have to be careful with the language they use because words do have an impact .... and the wrong word and/or impression can act as an unnecessary diversion from the real issues that need to be discussed. On a side note .... she appears to be a fan of Republican Vice President candidate Mike Pence.

Ridiculing the current US Administration? Well, it is rather easy to do.

Zakharova has been telling like it is.

Unlike Jimmy Walker's honeybunch, she knows who has been involved in which war.

As for the "new lows", with their constant cat calling, mendaciousness, and hysterics (see: Samantha Power's "barbarian" speech) the Americans started it. This Crowley piece is more of the typical waa waaaa from over here when "our" side gets called on its BS.

It all boils down to Don't start none, won't be none.

And Editor,
The rhetoric out of Washington from "Putin is Hitler", "Russian aggression", "dictatorship", and calls for "regime change" from people one the payroll

is a long standing issue that no one in Washington cares to address.

Samantha Power is not even American. She is Irish and that is like being Canadian. That is she speaks English, but she is not coming from the same place. She is not part of Americana. She is a socialist transplant from abroad.

At best the lady is a carpetbagger.

As far as her being American, well citizenship is being given away like cotton candy like it was in the later Roman Empire. How did that work out?

Yeah, she's definitely not as "American " as Ann Coulter.
