The U.S, Main Stream Media Targets Alternative Media

The Intercept: Washington Post Disgracefully Promotes a McCarthyite Blacklist From a New, Hidden, and Very Shady Group

THE WASHINGTON POST ON THURSDAY NIGHT promoted the claims of a new, shadowy organization that smears dozens of U.S. news sites that are critical of U.S. foreign policy as being “routine peddlers of Russian propaganda.” The article by reporter Craig Timberg – headlined “Russian propaganda effort helped spread ‘fake news’ during election, experts say” – cites a report by a new, anonymous website calling itself “PropOrNot,” which claims that millions of Americans have been deceived this year in a massive Russian “misinformation campaign.”

The group’s list of Russian disinformation outlets includes WikiLeaks and the Drudge Report, as well as Clinton-critical left-wing websites such as Truthout, Black Agenda Report, Truthdig and Naked Capitalism, as well as libertarian venues such as and the Ron Paul Institute.

This Post report was one of the most widely circulated political news articles on social media over the last 48 hours, with dozens, perhaps hundreds, of U.S. journalists and pundits with large platforms hailing it as an earth-shattering exposé. It was the most-read piece on the entire Post website after it was published on Friday.

This is the MSM fighting back and trying to get back people that have come to realize that the MSM is nothing but propaganda, controlled by 6 Corporations. Brexit and the election of Trump and the rise of the Anti globalist in the EU have the MSM and their Oligarch masters scared shitless, this will get messy and bloody before it's over. The last time something like this happened was the Reformation, the internet is the Neo-Reformation, many times larger and with much better weapons.

I read the Washington Times instead of the Washington Post.

All through the 1990s, Leftist would opine "That is stupid. You are stupid to prefers the Times over the Post.".

Now the Left has come up with a new song & dance routine to try to shame people to switch from the Times to the Post.

I read Expressen, Die Welle and other European newspapers to get around the crud that is, the MYT Washington post and other Democrat House organs.

Moon of Alabama made the list.

Poor Fark! He will be crushed that the MSM disapproves of his news source.

I guess the Lefties must listen to their Lefty elders/betters in the MSM and DNC made the list.

barenakedislam made the list?

It is one of a ton of anti-jihad sites. I am not sure if it is even the most popular or effective.

I think the authors must be lazy & incompetent to include barenakedislam and not the many other anti-jihad sites.

I wonder when the movers and shakers in the MSM will tell their wives they are converting to Islam, marrying their mistresses and looking for #3?

RealTrueNews intended to show reader gullibility — its fiction was widely believed as factual.[1][2][3]

It reminds me when I read the I read the dust jacket of a Keith Olberdork book and almost bought it.

Olberdork has since proved himself a devout Lefty.

I am a devout truth seeker, MSM by far delivers truth and substance, compared to alt right misinformation and propaganda. Like always, the right reinforces it lies and deceit to debunk the sanity of reason and logic.

"Please note that our criteria are behavioral. That means the characteristics of the propaganda outlets we identify are motivation-agnostic. For purposes of this definition it does not matter whether the sites listed here are being knowingly directed and paid by Russian intelligence officers, or whether they even knew they were echoing Russian propaganda at any particular point: If they meet these criteria, they are at the very least acting as bona-fide "useful idiots" of the Russian intelligence services, and are worthy of further scrutiny."

Good Lord Jesus, who writes this garbage????

"Motivation agnostic"

Who writes it?

Leftists do.

If you are so devoutly Leftist ... err stupid ... setup your on commune or join one.

If it is utopia it will grow. If not, it will bite the dust like every other fascist/leftist wet dream.
