New ICBMs, cruise missiles, tanks, SAMs, and now Stealth fighters and bombers, sound good for the US. Russia is broke and presently way behind in modern weapons in terms of quality and quantity. Guess they did not learn from the Soviet times when they spent their way into waste basket of history trying to keep up with the US militarily. Hello, it's the 1980s calling, they want their military stratagy back.
