Washington Post: Trump says ‘I inherited a mess,’ blasts media and detractors at combative news conference
President Trump on Thursday aired his grievances against the news media, the intelligence community and his detractors generally in a sprawling, stream-of-consciousness news conference that alternated between claims that he had “inherited a mess” and the assertion that his fledgling administration “is running like a fine-tuned machine.”
“To be honest, I inherited a mess,” Trump said, in news conference that lasted more than an hour and was at times rambling, combative and pointed. “It's a mess. At home and abroad, a mess. Jobs are pouring out of the country.”

WNU Editor: President Trump's "New York style" certainly came out in this news conference. And the reaction to it has been predictable .... the Trumpsters loved it, and the anti-Trumpers hated it. What's my take .... definitely entertaining .... but I did not like his answer on Michael Flynn.

I am unsure what you mean by Trump's "New York style," since all that I really noted at the show was a buffoon announcing that he was great and all the media was terrible and liars. He is daily becoming increasingly an embarrassment. For him to claim that all in his administration is in control and operating efficiently hardly resembles what I have heard out of DC

I have been reading the reaction to the news conference .... and I was right. Trumpsters loved it .... the left and the main stream media hated it.
My advice to everyone .... regardless of their political persuasion .... is that they should watch the entire thing.
