There Are Over 100 Billionaires Among Top Communist Legislators

China's ruling Politburo Standing Committee are given a round of applause during the opening session of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, on March 3, 2017

AFP: China counts over 100 billionaires among top Communist legislators

China counts more than 100 billionaires among its top legislators, with 209 of the richest holding wealth nearly equivalent to Belgium's annual GDP, according to a report released as the Communist Party's annual parliamentary session started Friday.

A key focus of the sessions is eliminating poverty and creating a "moderately prosperous society", a project President Xi Jinping has frequently cited as a national priority in a country that suffers from a gaping chasm between the rich and poor.

The annual session of the country's top political bodies started Friday with a meeting of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), a group that is part of the Communist Party-controlled government structure.

In the "West", where we supposedly have transparency and accountency, nobody know's if Trump is even a millionaire, a billionaire, or is just living off cash flow.

Putin's worth $2 million, $20 million, $200 million, $2 billion, $20 billion, $200 billion, on any given day given any different source,

It's not just the Mail that is producing Agenda and Fake News, Propaganda, POV News and Political Biased News, from the Left and Right zealots, Con Men, Con Women, the Greedy and Power Hungry, they remind me of the postulating religious fanatics that will cite you chapter and verse to prove their point. The days of civil debate are long past, what comes next not sure, but I don't think it's going to be pretty.

Mao would not approve.

He had to be the richest.

He had to diddle all the young girls and women.

Mao was a Leftist's ideal man. He left behind two wives and skedaddled to greener pastures.

How does a man(?) leave behind the women and children of his household?

Jay. The article is not from the Daily Mail. The article is from the wire service AFP, and the Daily Mail chose to post it.

Personally .... when I read the story .... and knowing what I know about China .... that 100 number is really low. China is run by approximately 800 families .... they control and run the main businesses, and all of them have a presence within the Communist Party on the federal, provincial, or municipal level. These families control China's wealth .... and that alone runs in the trillions of dollars.

Several media companies can run the same story, yet if it comes form the Daily Mail, etc it is fake news.

Jay,

I know what is happening, because I get reports from college of mainland Chinese and their antics.

I can read a sky line, read the trash & read the tags. It is obvious.

Now Jay would not know this because he bugged out from the big city some time back and is holed up in the mountains.
