Editor's Note

I have to take care of a lot of personal stuff today .... with the need to file my income tax at the top of the list (in Canada it has to be done before the end of April). I should be back to blogging around 15:00 EST Tuesday.

Update 16:15 EST: Finally finished everything. Blogging will resume within the hour. World News Briefs and Military and Intelligence News Briefs will return tomorrow.
