I think the point is Russia needs to be respected. Given the military, intelligence, and cyber war capabilities it seems respecting them would be a prudent course of action. Unfortunately some have taken reckless actions to stoke Cold War II all without any good reason ford doing so.

Bposter - what you fail to understand is that we (the West) do not respect countries for their military might. We respect shared values. The reason why we don't have a war with Russia is certainly not because we are afraid, but because we love much about Russia (the writers, thinkers, etc.) there is much Russians can be proud of (and why we like them), but, the corruption and dictatorial attitude of Putin is not what we respect. You, bposter, should stop with your nonsense, it leads nowhere. We will only respect shared values.
