White House Tells North Korea That The 'Clock Has Now Run Out'. North Korea Responds By Firing A Missile

CNN: White House: 'The clock has now run out' on North Korean nuclear program

Washington (CNN)A senior White House official issued a dire warning to reporters Tuesday on the state of North Korea's nuclear program, declaring "the clock has now run out and all options are on the table."

"The clock has now run out, and all options are on the table," the official said, pointing to the failure of successive administration's efforts to negotiate an end to North Korea's nuclear program.

The comments came as two senior White House officials briefed reporters ahead of President Donald Trump's meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping later this week in Florida. The briefing took place on the condition of anonymity.

WNU, I remember you posted a story about Ivanka Trump's new DC neighbors not being happy with her arrival in their neighborhood. Looks like they have another reason to want her gone:

aaa. I am so glad you reminded me of that story. The Daily Mail posted that story a few days ago, and I kept it on the side. I am going to look for it and post it later.

good to know that only leftists are gay! what of the log cabin repubs? oh, they don't dance

not sure what you're getting at fred...i don't think anybody said that. i think the point was that people are protesting outside of ivanka's house, making noise, and irritating her neighbors...not that only leftists are gay...but maybe i've completely missed your point

The protesters were across the spectrum .... it was not necessarily a gay thing. But the neighbourhood is heavily Democratic .... and many were not happy that their peace and quiet was being disturbed. But there were also some who supported the demonstration. I have already posted that story for late tonight.

Looks a bit off topic. How should North Korea react to a nation that savaged its population by bombing 60 years ago and has never signed a peace treaty, let alone offering reparations or apology but has employed incessant economic warfare ( sanctions ) ? Frankly, offering up a finger of scorn is understandable.
