TASS: Lavrov bewildered over media hype about photos of his meeting with Trump

The photos of the US president’s meeting with the Russian foreign minister presented by TASS photographer Aleksandr Shcherbak triggered an unexpectedly harsh response from some US mass media

BEIJING, May 14. /TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Sunday he didn’t know why the media hype had aroused over the photos made during his meeting with US President Donald Trump in Washington on May 10.

"I don’t know," the foreign minister said in reply to a question about why a scandal had aroused in the US media.

"The US White House explained that there was no scandal and it was posted on their website that that everything had been agreed like in the case with other ministers," Lavrov said.

The photos of the US president’s meeting with the Russian foreign minister presented by TASS photographer Aleksandr Shcherbak triggered an unexpectedly harsh response from some US mass media. First, some periodicals complained that only Russia’s photographer was allowed to take pictures at the protocol part of the meeting.

While he may not be "bewildered", he is no doubt laughing hysterically at the media in regards to their stupidity. While the media is stupid and insane, hopefully Russian leadership doesn't hold Americans in the same regard.

Forbes had this pegged exactly right. Vladimir Putin is the most powerful man in the world. Any person/nation wishing good outcomes for themselves or those they represent will need to understand this and act accordingly. Failure to understand reality and act accordingly generally ends badly for those who deny reality. Undrrstanding reality and acting accordingly will lead to good outcomes for those who understand it and act accordingly.

Hopefully America will get sane leadership who understands reailty and acts accordingly. Unfortunately US leadership has foolishly chosen to make an enemy of the most powerful person in the world and his country for no good reason. They not only don't trust us and are laughing at us but they hold us in utter contempt!!

Now how does one negotiate an honorable peace with those who hold them in utter contempt, don't respect them, and are more than capable and willing to destroy them? To do this, the "deal maker" will need to recognize reality and approach his meeting with Vladimir Putin Undrrstanding he and his country are the weaker power.

Do this and good outcomes for America and its people are possible. Failure to do so is unlikely to end well.

In sumary, understand reailty Americans and their intersts can be advanced and America can be quite prosperous.

America"s leaders and DJT need to recognize their utter insignificance in the world and much of the world wants them and the country they represent gone from the earth forever. Act accordingly and good outcomes for America and Americans are still possible. Having the most powerful nations on earth as our enemies IS DEFINITELY A BAD IDEA!!

A better idea: ask ypurself how can we add value to your leaders. If you can't add value to them, GET OUT OF THEIR WAY!! If they deem you in their way, they can and will destroy you. After all you aren't important to the powers that be. Making enemies of them given America's insignificant position relative to them would be a VERY BAD IDEA!!
