The Hill: Trump fires back: No special 'councel' for 'illegal acts' of Clinton campaign, Obama administration
President Trump on Thursday responded to the appointment of a special counsel to investigate any ties between his campaign and Russia, saying there was no probe into "illegal acts" committed during the administration of former President Obama and Hillary Clinton's campaign.
"With all of the illegal acts that took place in the Clinton campaign & Obama Administration, there was never a special councel appointed!" the president tweeted on Thursday.

WNU Editor: From being polite last night and issuing a statement that he hopes this Special Counsel will resolve the allegations of Russian collusion quickly .... to these tweets this morning. Can't say that I am surprised. If I was Trump I would not Tweet .... I would just focus on the agenda and the American people.
I have just gone through what conservative and progressive blogs are saying on this appointment. The progressive blogs that I follow .... and who have been predicting that President Trump would be impeached after he was elected (and long before Michael Flynn got in the picture) are now firmly convinced that he will be gone by 2018/2019. The conservative blogs .... man-o-man .... are they stoked right now .... and they see a double standard at play. My prediction .... the partisanship is going to get worse.
As to what is my take on the choice of Robert Mueller as Special Counsel .... he is a close friend of fired FBI Director James Comey .... LOL .... it makes me wonder if Attorney General Sessions now has regrets on hiring Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein .... an official who worked in the Obama Justice Department!!!!

A), Session's didn't "hire him", Trump did,
B) he's served in the Justice Department under Bush, Clinton, Bush II and Obama,
C) if the Justice Department were to stripped of everybody who served under Obama, Jeff Sessions would be sitting all alone in a very empty building amongst dozens of empty buildings country wide.
