Cancel the games.

Just say that security could not be provided and let the world fume at North Korea.

The Russians an Chinese do fairly well. For the Europeans it is one of the few ways they can excel just a little.

The South Koreans just have to discover another secret NORK tunnel, film the North Koreans moving troops toward the border, or let them shot their wad of missiles.
