"LAUGHING STOCK Germany’s soldiers forced to use BROOMSTICK for a gun as Donald Trump blasts Angela Merkel over NATO spending"

In all honesty there should be stage play lampooning Mutti Merkel over the broomsticks.

The military has a good cop bad cop routine.

The #1 is the good copy and his immediate subordinate plays bad cop.

VP's do not usually play bad cop. So it is left to Trump himself to call a spade a spade.

If Trump was not forthright we will be in the same position next years as we were last year with Germany getting ever weaker. This is a fair statement.

German troops were training with broomsticks on 2015. This is Mutti's doing. It is about time she got a pink slip.

She will in the Fall, but until then she will go from crisis to crisis not fixing a damn thing, but blaming everyone else.

LOL! It does appear that Gen. Kelly was experiencing the opposite of unbridled joy during President Trump's remarks. Kelly seemed to be taken by surprise at the bluntness of the statement. Which is surprising given he's a retired Marine Corps General. The last to know? Come to think of it, we've not heard much from Kelly for the last several weeks. No interviews, no statements, no pressers, no questions. Hmmmm.

Kelly was forced on Trump after Preibus' exit, IIRC. Not Trump's pick.

One of the still too many establishment-class executives in the Trump Admin.

America has never been greater.

And we no longer face a threat from North Korea. President Deals said so in his June 13th tweet.

Bosses can say what subordinates cannot at times.

I bet Kelly has been very blunt, while speaking when he was still a commandant.

What makes you think America could win a war with China? America lost in
Vietnam. America hasn't won a war since 1945.

North Korea and China won in 1953?

North Korea came south of the Paralllel and left in body bags.

Saddam invaded Kuwait, got thrown out and was rewarded with the Highway of Death. trhta by the Way us called the 1st Gulf War.

In the 2nd Gulf War, the Saudi exchange student, Obama, gave away the bank.
