There is no denying that targeted killings, thief of information and equality and diversity are major money investments. Darpa itself suffers from its own lack of depth amongst its socially acceptable staff. Truth is money is not a valid motivator for true genius to blossom and entities like Darpa will continue to stumble around in the dark for centuries. Collective stupidity, i see it time and time again, its human nature.
