Moscow Times/Bloomberg: Putin's Huge Military Buildup Leaves Industry With Debt Hangover

Vladimir Putin’s 20-trillion-ruble ($300 billion) weapons-buying binge over the last decade has brought advanced hypersonic warheads and drone submarines. It’s also left the country’s defense industry with a massive hangover of debt that officials now say is suffocating the strategic sector.

The industry “is living from hand to mouth” and doesn’t have enough money to invest in vital new technology, Deputy Prime Minister Yuri Borisov told an industry conference earlier this month. “We’ve appealed to the president to clean up this loan portfolio,” which he said totals more than 2 trillion rubles, costing as much in annual payments as the entire industry earns in profits.

slavery for how many years?

Slavery from 1655 to 1863/1865. Slavery started when a black man went to court to institute it. Sad but true.

"Johnson was captured in his native Angola by an enemy nation and sold to Arab slave traders."

"In 1653, John Casor, a black indentured servant whose contract Johnson appeared to have bought in the early 1640s, approached Captain Goldsmith, claiming his indenture had expired seven years earlier "

The Republican bled and died to end slavery instituted by the evil Democrat Party.

After the Civil war Republicans were butchered by Democrats who formed the KKK.

prejudice

If you look mat the number of interracial marriages, you see that prejudice is not everything it is cracked up to be by Democrat Party slavemasters.

You cannot quantitatively analyze prejudice or interracial marriage, because you are either lazy or a liar.

The gene for math is the same for language. So don't say math is hard. You are a supposed English PhD, but there are questions about that. Some people believe you were socially promoted, because you were willing to repeat the sacred mantras.

"The study found that in 2010: A record 15.1% of all new marriages in the United States were between spouses of a different race or ethnicity from one another. " - wiki

So much for prejudice.

ghettoes
lousy schools in black sections
job discrimination

Lots of discrimination We have had affirmative action for 1/2 a century, 2 to 3 generations. Democrats have made it so bad that people of different are suing the Democrats in California and elsewhere for their asinine policies.

Democrats will never declare victory with Affirmative Action and they will not. Affirmative Action is a racial spoils system.

It is a spoils system and the Democrat Party has set back the nation 200 years almost to the pre-Civil War days. Way to go Democrats

Hispanic leader are suing Black leader in the Washington DC area over schools about the racial spoils system. Way to go Fuckercrats

Talking more specifically about education, we can give the same funding to all schools and liberals will still complain that their nads hurt.

Liberals have gone so far as to want to outlaw parents reading to the pre-K and grade school, since it will give certain kids an 'unfair' advantage. Yes, liberals went there and will go there again until they get their way.

"and then guns readily available throughout the nation"

A dirtbag like you would never do a root cause analysis. Most of those crime have to do with the drug trade and gang warfare not to any specific level of guns.

But you are not a quant. God Help you if your accountant was a crook, because you would actually have to live your values.
