Acting Director of National Intelligence Joseph Maguire spoke publicly for the first time on Thursday about a secret whistle-blower complaint targeting President Donald Trump, saying repeatedly that he doesn't know who the person is.
But he called the whistle-blower a 'him' during a high-stakes congressional hearing.
House Democrats mulling Trump's impeachment called Maguire to explain why he withheld the complaint from Congress for weeks. That report was released to the public in the hour before the hearing, a day after members of Congress were permitted to see it.

Well said, but I am afraid that's exactly what has happened and this struggle needs to be won. Unfortunately, I don't have a lot of confidence in the American voter.
