The Hill: Trump says he's considering attending Russia's May Day parade
President Trump said Friday he is considering visiting Russia next year to attend its May Day Parade.
“I was invited. I am thinking about it. It is right in the middle of our campaign season,” Trump told reporters at the White House.
Trump said he would like to attend the parade, which Russian President Vladimir Putin invited him to earlier this year, but indicated he may not because it is in the middle of the 2020 presidential campaign season.

I dislike Trump. I dislike Putin. The invite is to celebrate the victory over the Axis in WWII...It is well worth our celebrating with our then ally Russia
Good chance for him to converse with Snowden on the quality of an extended stay in Russia.

Again you missed the point.
As Trump will be seeking refuge in Russia in the near future very likely Snowden could give him some good pointers on survival. After all, once Trump evacuates to Russia he will only be an asset to Putin until his supply of US state secrets runs out. Heck not only may he not have any money when he gets there he will be a target for the CIA operatives also living.
Trump should go to the parade.
