Reuters: Putin proposes 2020 summit with leaders of Russia, France, China, U.S. and UK
JERUSALEM (Reuters) - Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday proposed holding a summit between the leaders of Russia, China, the United States, France and Britain in 2020 to discuss the conflict in Libya and other global problems.
Putin, who was speaking during a trip to Israel, said Moscow was ready for a “serious conversation” with the permanent members of the UN Security Council, that there was much to discuss and that the summit could happen anywhere in the world.

WNU Editor: French Presdient Macron is on board .... Macron backs Putin’s proposal to hold summit of 5 permanent UNSC members in 2020 (RT).
Of course Macron backs it. It shows him to be relevant, when every indication on the ground is that he is not. He is an empty suit.

France has a greater right to be there than say Great Britain, but that is not saying much. Macron was last seen with his D___ in a sling begging for help in West Africa.
