China is one of the most censorious societies on earth. So what better place for Facebook to recruit social-media censors?
There are at least half a dozen “Chinese nationals who are working on censorship,” a former Facebook insider told me last week.
“So at some point, they [Facebook bosses] thought, ‘Hey, we’re going to get them H-1B visas so they can do this work.’ ”
The insider shared an internal directory of the team that does much of this work. It’s called Hate-Speech Engineering (George Orwell, call your office), and most of its members are based at Facebook’s offices in Seattle.
Many have Ph.D.s, and their work is extremely complex, involving machine learning — teaching “computers how to learn and act without being explicitly programmed,” as the techy Web site DeepAI.org puts it.

I believed it too
Then you get to know Chinese intimately and you realise holy fck some of them are straight up agents for China, rooting for a downfall of the West WHILE living among us. And no one talks about it. We talk about ISIS and radical muslims. Sure, they're bad.
But the Chinese are the ones who poisoned us, stole trillions from us, actively plot to bring down the west and capitalism.
The Chinese are the ones with the concentration camps, the ethnic cleansing... and on and on
And then you realise this:
None of them speak out against what's happening. None.
And it's not that they don't know.
It's often not even that they're scared.
No. It's worse.
They don't care.
They absolutely don't give a fck.
They don't care about democracy
They don't care about freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, human rights, the right of practicing religion. None of that.
And they're 2bn strong. And many are actively plotting against us, some are only passively hurting us.. many commit tax evasion, sending money made directly home to the family who pay tribute to the CCP
It is a 2bn strong, godless mafia that doesn't care about human rights or the values of the west. They don't integrate. They think the west will be over soon and are hedging their bets against us while living among us.
They're truly scary. I rather fight ISIS because at least they have convictions and care about something. Chinese.... that's a whole different ball game. They don't care about right or wrong. They don't believe in God. Thei believe in money and power and will not listen to you or me unless we show strength and resolve and push back hard
