WNU Editor: Twitter has still not pulled down China's foreign ministry spokesman Lijian Zhao's tweet (tweet here). China has also responded to Australia's demand to remove the tweet. They are basically saying "take a hike" .... China rejects Australian PM's call to apologise for 'repugnant' tweet with fake image of soldier (The Guardian).

China is punishing Australia cos they are the USA’s friend. China has already banned the import of the majority of Australian goods into their country and are now openly insulting us via social media and press. Aussies have grown weary of the PLA bullying tactics and are finally pushing back. We have a long history of defiance to authoritarianism so all China is creating is an Aussie population which is markedly anti-China. Most of the world press isn’t covering this story but it’s huge down under.
