Truth, Western political leaders are as gutless school administrators enforcing Zero Tolerance. To show they are tough school administrators will suspend/expel a student with 1 or 2 aspirin or Midol in her purse to combat symptoms of her period. My God! Midol and aspirin are drug! But the teenage drug dealer walks around unmolested.
So we have it on the international stage. Myanmar gets punished and nothing happens to China or Russia.
