Some 200 Americans posted around the world, including a baby, have reported symptoms of Havana Syndrome.
The mysterious condition was first reported in the fall of 2016 when a staffer at the U.S. embassy in Cuba suffered headaches, hearing loss, memory issues and other symptoms.
Since then a steady stream of Americans on every continent except Antarctica have suffered the same strange symptoms - the most recent being reported in Vienna.

Different frequencies can cause you to hear such things.. think it's called the fry effect after the dude who discovered that certain frequencies can be heard as clicking or scratching sounds
My guess is someone is having a lot of fun.
Someone who has zero regard for the wellbeing of that personal.
Even for Russia this would be atypical. They're much more targeted and measured.
I'm guessing the Chinese. But might be any nation state really, from Iran to Russia to China
But.. it happened a lot, so that almost rules out Iran, just from the affordability perspective I don't see them doing this
My money is on China
They don't give a fck and don't value human life if it's not theirs
