The French or least their leadershit had wanted to pull French troops out. There is good news and bad news. The good news is they got el jefe. The bad news is that he is easily replaceable. What is needed now is relentless pursuit AL Qaeda in the Maghreb or a photo op of Macron fast roping to a submarine.
