Migrants Who Stormed Border Of Spanish Enclave In North Africa To Gain Access To Europe Are Sent Back To Morocco

Reuters: Spain returns to Morocco migrants who stormed enclave fence

MADRID (Reuters) - Spain sent back to Morocco on Thursday 116 migrants who had stormed the border fence at its Ceuta enclave in North Africa the day before, a Spanish Interior Ministry spokesman said.

Hundreds had attempted to get over the highly fortified border on Wednesday, and 118 made it to Spanish soil. Some of them threw a corrosive substance which left seven police officers with burns.

Police identified the entire group and gave them legal and medical help before starting the process of expelling them, which the migrants accepted, the spokesman said, adding two will be allowed to stay because they are minors.

    No kidding. Any sympathy their plight may have gotten them was washed away by that acid stunt. It makes one wonder what they would do in Spain or any other civilized country.

    And those guys who threw the Acid,. don't just send them back.. have acid ready for THEM! It's a fucking horrible crime and we gotta be hard and not let them get away with a 3 month prison sentence (that to THEM will feel like a holiday, with free food, bed service and what not.. for mutilating an innocent border guard)
