In 2007 the lower court in the Danish town of Svendborg convicted Professor Bent Jensen of libel because he had cited the Danish intelligence and security service, PET, for the claim that journalist Jørgen Dragsdahl had been the KGBs agent number one in Denmark during the Cold War.
