My take is that if a lot of women are becoming pilots and a lot of African American men are becoming pilots and have been for a long time, then this even happening now is because a lot of black women went into different communities and therefore did not apply.
ReplyDeleteSwegle's becoming a pilot will make many other potential Black female candidates reconsider their career choices. So there will be a bulge for a while followed by what you would expect form the uniform distribution and a colorblind society.
A waste of money.
