$2 Billion In U.S. Aid To Pakistan Questioned

U.S. Brig. Gen. Mark A. Milley, right, salutes alongside Pakistani and Afghan military officials, during the opening ceremony of a joint military intelligence center on the Afghan-Pakistan border, in Turkham, Afghanistan, Saturday, March 29, 2008.

My Comment: All that money to Pakistan .... and their border guards are shooting at us. With 40% of the funds not accounted for, we can only assume that this program has been used for bribing government officials to either support our efforts or to dissuade them from attacking us. In view of what is happening in Pakistan today and the fact that the new government in Pakistan is forging deals with the Taliban ..... I can only assume that this money is now causing more harm than good.
