WNU: The war against drugs is a failure .... this is something that I have been discussing for a long time. This failure has serious strategic, security, and political consequences. What is different now is that others are starting to talk about it.

I believe markets are a pretty useful indicator of what people want. Quite a few people are willing to pay a whole lot of money for a variety of narcotics that are currently illegal but accessible in the United States and other wealthy nations.
