My Comment: That's one hell of an expensive soccer field. I know that this story is a few days old, but I just the above cartoon that Ramirez has done .... and this is my way of having it posted.
What's wrong with a field of grass and some goal posts?
ReplyDeleteSeems there is more going on there, $744k for a football field? For prisoners? Are the footballs gold plated or something?
About 5k will go towards the building of the field (even that is too much) and the rest will probably go elsewhere, vanishing into the abyss of 'miscellaneous' costs.
Totally agree D.Plowman. When I was a kid all we needed was some grass, a field, a soccer ball, and some goal posts. $750k for a soccer field .... something smells bad.
