I'm afraid I'd put the Spirit in the #1 slot, followed by the Lancer. Both of them are combat-tested and proved. The Blackjack is not. I'd give it the #3 slot simply due to it's specs, but let's face facts - the thing would not survive long in a full-on threat environment. The Spirit would.
You MIGHT be able to talk me into boosting it over the Lancer, but it would take some talking. I liked that he included the Backfire and the BUFF as well though.
