North Korea is their only major alliance in the Pacific region.. Being the bully to your neighbors when your not the baddest on the block and everyone is against you, is in my opinion, a losing battle and rich Chinese are flocking out of the country in record numbers, because it's the ultimate Bubble Economy. They can build thousands of those pieces of Junk and at the end of the day, you still have lots of Junk/deeath-traps.
