North Korea Threatens ‘New Form’ Of Nuclear Test -- Time

The Communist nation warned Sunday it would test an unspecified new kind of nuclear weapon despite global censure. Its new threat follows test-firings of two Rodong mid-range ballistic missiles, which landed in the sea between North Korea and Japan on Wednesday

  1. These people are and have been lunatics and are sending a message. But they are always sending messages. What is the message and to whom are they sending it, the US, China, South Korea, or all of the above? Is it a gigantic sales commercial for their hardware intended for Iran, Venezuela, etal? If these people cannot be dealt with in the sense of "normal diplomatic" ways and means(which I believe) then how?

  2. James ... when I was preparing this post I was thinking along the same lines. I see one guy in some room in the North Korean capital whose sole job is to make an outrageous government statement that will be picked up by the world's media on their 'slow news day' (which is usually Sunday).
