WNU Editor: Russia's RIA Novosti has published satellite photos of a Ukrainian military buildup around the city of Slavyansk (The link is here). This buildup includes tanks, armor vehicles, artillery, and thousands of soldiers. If this report is true .... it tells me that Ukraine is preparing a major attack on this rebel held town.

This is the Russians stating :"here is the evidence". Conclusion; The photo is Russia's declaration "if they go, we go."
I agree James. This is Moscow's way of telling it's citizens on what is being played out in Ukraine.
When you have no democracy thats what happens on RUS, Putin can print the picture and the people dont have any alternative
