Most of Embattled Beiji Oil Refinery Controlled by Sunni Militants, Employees Say
Workers at Iraq's largest oil refinery said Thursday that rebels had taken over most of the embattled facility, in what has become a decisive test of Baghdad's ability to protect a pillar of the country's economy from a Sunni Muslim insurgency.
The battle for the refinery in Beiji, 130 miles north of the capital Baghdad, was expected to step up again after it subsided overnight, following a day of assaults by Iraq's counterterrorism units and helicopter gunships aimed at regaining control of the facility from Sunni rebels.

My Comment: If the Iraqi government was in control of this refinery .... they would be having the TV crews within the installation. They do not .... which tells me that they have either lost the facility .... or the fight is still continuing.
