My Comment: If more reports like this one continue to come out .... it would not surprise me to see a movement growing (especially in Europe) to have top U.S. officials .... President Obama included .... to be indicted for war crimes. Whether or not that day in court will happen is something that we will have to wait and see (I personally doubt that it will happen) .... but sanctioning certain targets for assassination is making a lot of people uncomfortable .... in NATO and within the U.S. itself.
