Gallop: Slightly More Americans Say U.S. Is No. 1 Military Power
WASHINGTON, D.C. -- As the U.S. military takes on an active role in the fight against the Islamic State group, slightly more Americans, 59%, say the U.S. is the No. 1 military power in the world. This is up six percentage points from February 2014, before the U.S. military became involved in the fight against the Islamic State group, also known as ISIS. Fewer Americans (38%) now say the U.S. is only one of several leading military powers, down from 44% a year ago.

On the yes part, the US spends more on War and the Military, than the ROW combined,
Leads technologically and " professionally" in many areas,
Has fought in Wars or military interventions almost constantly ( all but 23 years) since the Revolution,
On the no side, the US has lost more Wars than anybody since WWII,
Is currently on an uprecedented losing streak,
The US Military and the MIC is riddled with counterproductive corruption,
And in key arena's, in the current geopolitical mess, is staged up for even bigger losses.

During the same period after WW2 how many wars, insurrections, police actions were the soviet union involved in?
the US didn't lose any of those wars militarily.
