Islamic State is offering its fighters a $1,500 bonus to go towards a starter home along with a free honeymoon in their stronghold city of Raqqa.

The incentive emerged after a recently married Syrian ISIS fighter, Abu Bilal al-Homsi, spoke to journalists via Skype from the capital of the extremist group's self-proclaimed 'caliphate'.

He and his Tunisian bride met for the first time in the city after months of chatting online.
