This Is How China Will Destroy America's F-22 And F-35 Fleets In War

Dave Majumdar. War Is Boring: China’s Master Plan to Destroy the F-22 and F-35 in Battle

With huge numbers of J-11 jets

China’s Shengyang J-11 unlicensed derivative of the Russian-developed Su-27 Flanker has become the mainstay of the People’s Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF). While the Chinese-built jets are not able to match U.S.-built fighters one-for-one, China is building a lot of them.

Down the road, advanced derivatives of the J-11 might become every bit as capable as the most advanced versions of American and allied fourth-generation fighters like the F-15 or F-16.

Even fifth-generation Lockheed Martin F-22 Raptors and F-35 Joint Strike Fighters might be overwhelmed by the sheer numbers of Chinese jets and the problems associated with the lack of bases in the Western Pacific.

WNU Editor: Yup .... Dave Majumdar nails it in this post.

  1. Quantity has a quality all its' own.

I wish parsimonious politicians and others would realize that fact.

Maybe they do and they are rolling the dice.

Any many they shear from the military they can spend on vote buying.

There is a 30 or 40 year old sci-fi short story of how humans were fighting aliens and had superior tech, but lost the war. Between tech teething problems and never sufficient quantity, they lost.

It does not matter. It seems that pols and moguls are intent on making America one big hacienda like the Late Roman Empire, which took 6 centuries to die, but die it did. IMO I date the start to the Carthaginians Wars and the impoverishment of veterans, who came back from victory only to see their farms sold to magnates in the interim.

The freaking feudal system and all the excesses of the Medieval period grew out of the excesses of warlords in the Late Roman era who took land and those Roman magnate that kept their great estates. I disagree with Marx; it did not have to happen that way. Maybe someone like the late Asimov could convince me otherwise.

  2. Every Plane, Ship or AFV taken out of service should be mothballed or stripped for parts, by the look of things we are going to have our hands full. This would hold true for small arms, webbing, helmets, uniforms etc, all ships, planes and choppers in civilian use now should be inventoried, as well as machine tools and factories.
