The public health bureaucracy must be
getting a lot of calls. Here it is
the dead of (an admittedly warm) winter
and the mosquito truck is in my neighborhood
spraying.

I'm not sure what a people truck would
be, but I've know mosquito trucks since
I was a kid and used to play in the smoke
they generate. It didn't do me any harm,
