Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that nearly all levels of dialogue between Russia and the United States are in a frozen state.
MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Almost all levels of the Russia-US dialogue are now frozen, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Wednesday.
"With the United States, nearly all levels of dialogue are in a frozen state. We do not communicate with each other or do it minimally," Peskov told the MIR television channel.
