WNU Editor: I could be wrong .... but looking at the above photo I have to wonder if this British jet is close enough that one can claim that it is "buzzing" the Russian warship .... something the Russians are always being claimed of.
The vessel in the foreground is the Royal Navy frigate St. Albans. You can tell by the hull number F83. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HMS_St_Albans_(F83).
ReplyDeleteI don't see an aircraft in the image. The image was probably taken from a helicopter, likely flying off the frigate.
One can ask the question, though, is the St. Albans too close to the Kuznetsov?
