FOX News: Conway challenges Comey to release info on Trump's wiretap allegation
Senior White House adviser Kellyanne Conway challenged FBI Director James Comey Sunday to reveal any information he might have about President Trump’s allegations that former President Obama ordered the wiretapping of Trump Tower during the 2016 presidential campaign.
“If Mr. Comey has something he’d like to say I’m sure we’re all willing to hear it,” Conway told Fox News’ Jeanine Pirro in an interview on “Justice with Judge Jeanine.” “All I saw was a published news report. I didn’t see a statement from him. I don’t know what Mr. Comey knows.
“If he knows, of course he can issue a statement,” Conway said. “We know he’s not shy.”

WNU Editor: She has a point .... and contrary to the main stream medias assertion that there is no evidence of such a wiretap .... this blog has already posted one FISA case court order where Trump's associates were being monitored at Trump Tower. I have seen scenarios like this before .... and if I was a betting man I would now be putting my bets that the FBI Director will be resigning soon. And that (I predict) will be the dominant story on the news for at least a week.

I am from the old school. He who accuses should present his evidence. That is: Trump needs to do more than toss out an accusation, then demand that his gop investigate. The former intel guy and the present fbi head say there is no there there. Somehow, given Trump's long history of lying, I will accept what they say till Trump can present evidence to the contrary
Considering all the leaks that have come out since the inauguration of President Trump .... especially on his communications with foreign leaders .... it is not unreasonable for President Trump to assume that people are spying on him and his aides. It is unreasonable (IMHO) that is just a conspiracy theory. After-all .... how did these illegal leaks come into being .... someone is doing something. Fred .... that is the evidence.
Yes, there were FISA warrants both asked for and finally approved (according to media sources). However, the FISA warrant that was approved was for surveillance of 2 Russian banks - not specific to Trump, his campaign, his tower or any of his team. The only reason this should bother the administration is if they have ties to those banks... And that would give credibility to the reports of collusion between the members of the administration and the Russian government...
Maybe there is something to hide and maybe calling into question the legality of the search that obtained the evidence is an attempt to make that evidence inadmissible in a trial (an idea that was very useful in criminal defense prior to the Spring of 2016) or, at a minimum, tarnish the credibility of that evidence.
I know among my progressive friends that it must be very uncomfortable for them to even think about the possibility that maybe the Obama administration ordered then candidate Donald Trump to be put under surveillance. But considering the past .... the monitoring and spying of on even the closest allies to the U.S. (case in point German Chancellor Merkel) .... I am suggesting to everyone that they should keep an open mind, and to not discount any possibilities .... and to take with a grain of salt what the main stream media is saying.
