The Pentagon Is Implementing A Solution To Eliminate 'Ghost Soldiers' In Afghanistan

Daily Signal: The Pentagon Has a ‘Ghost Soldiers’ Problem

Since 2002, billions of U.S. tax dollars have been spent rebuilding Afghanistan after decades of war. A big chunk of that money pays Afghan soldiers and police.

WNU Editor: I am sure there are going to be situations where an Afghan soldier or government worker will be in the program .... but will not show up for work. The key is on who will administer the program, and who will enforce the checks to make sure that these Afghan soldiers/government workers are on the job. If it is the same people who are abusing the program in the first place .... this will be a waste of time.
